There is something so special about our heart kids. At just five days old, Liam had his first open heart surgery and since then, has had two more emergency surgeries and one procedure.

Liam was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). HLHS is a single ventricle congenital heart defect affecting normal blood flow through the heart and is among the most challenging congenital heart defects to manage. Yet, that hasn’t stopped Liam from showing his parents and caretakers that he’s a true fighter. What’s next for baby Liam? Meeting his big brother!
